We were connected with Gary through one of his listings. As out of province buyers, we really appreciated Gary’s communication and willingness to help us out with anything we needed along the way. When we made the trip to come see houses in person, he spent two days over a long weekend with us showing us all around the west side. Gary and Erin were very professional in their approach and they really helped us navigate through a very frenzied housing market.

They showed a lot of patience with us and Gary really listened to our points, or deal breakers, after viewing certain properties. At times when our frustrations showed, Gary and Erin remained positive. They knew what properties would appeal to us and when we lost our bids on a few properties, they shared in our disappointment and surprise.
